YOGA NIDRA

Deep relaxation. Yogic sleep is a state of mind between wakefulness and sleep that opens deep phases of the mind, bringing about spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing and re-balancing. It reduces tension, anxiety, headache, giddiness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating, and abdominal pain, and is used to help those with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Come in comfortable clothes. Bring an eye pillow if you have one.
